One of our regular customers unfortunately had a bit of a crash with a bush and her Ford Kuga was left with some heavy scratches down one side of the car as pictured below.. We agreed to carry out a 2 stage machine polish to try and rectify the defects, the cutting stage to remove the scratches followed by a refining stage to restore the clarity and shine of the paintwork. I used the Rupes machine polishing system to achieve the finished results below - Pleased to say the customer was delighted with the outcome - saving her a trip to the bodyshop and at a fraction of the cost.
I would like to add these scratches were removed as they were all on the surface - a good test as to whether a scratch can be removed by machine polishing is that if you can catch it with your finger nail then it’s usually top deep to be fully removed - but an improvement can usually be made.

I’m interested in looking for such services because I have some scratches on my car that I’d like to get fixed. Afterwards, I’d like for its body to be polished well so that it would look as good as new.

It's great to hear about the success of the machine polishing in removing heavy scratches from a customer's car, and even better that it saved them a trip to the bodyshop and was done at a fraction of the cost. It's impressive how much of a difference the 2 stage machine polish made to restore the clarity and shine of the paintwork. It's also helpful to know that a good test for whether a scratch can be removed by machine polishing is if it's catchable with a finger nail. The use of the Rupes machine polishing system is a testament to the high-quality tools and equipment used by the professionals.
