CAR VALETING FAQ
Do you offer mobile car valeting?
No we only offer valeting at our unit in Bo'ness Falkirk - this space allows us to carry out all services regardless of weather.
Can I wait while my car is being cleaned?
Yes we have a waiting area with Wifi in our valet centre. Many customers also take a walk along to cafe belgica while we complete the work.
Can you collect my car and drop off?
This is something we have looked into but the insurance costs were too high so we need cars to be dropped off.
Can I drop my car off earlier than my booking?
Yes that's no problem - you can drop it off then we'll send you a text when the car is ready.
How often should I valet my car?
We recommend a valet at least once a month to keep on top of everything, if it's been more than 2 or 3 months your car will require at least a Full Valet.
Can I leave my car overnight?
Yes, many customers like to drop the car in with us in the afternoon then we valet the car in the evening so the car is ready for collection in the morning.
